[프랑스 / 파리--(Business Wire/ 뉴스와이어 외신 종합] = 부가가치 서비스 기술(VAST) 그룹인 익스클루시브 그룹(Exclusive Group)이 사모펀드 회사 퍼미라(Permira)의 조언에 따라 중대한 투자거래 완결을 통해 최근 독립 선언을 했다.

경쟁 VAD 사업자들과 합병을 꾀함으로써 회사 특유의 가치 중심 접근법을 희석시키는 대신에 회사는 자체적인 비전을 유지한 채 사이버 및 클라우드 업계에서 세계 최대의 글로벌 VAD 사업자로 거듭 나는 방식을 채택했다.

이로써 향후 몇 년 내에 회사는 연간 매출 100억 달러에 달하는 거대기업으로 성장할 수 있을 전망이다.
