블록체인을 활용해 누구나 손쉽게 기업 인수합볍(M&A)에 참여할 수 있게 됐다.

7일 M&A업계에 따르면 지비시코리아가 최근 블록체인 기술 기반 M&A 플랫폼 ‘MAP’ 개발을 완료, 베타 서비스를 선보일 예정이다.
MAP는 한국을 포함한 전 세계 유망기업 M&A 거래에 전문지식이 없는 일반인도 소액으로 손쉽게 참여할 수 있는 서비스다. M&A에 들어가는 증권사·투자은행(기존 중개기관) 등에 쓰이는 비용과 시간을 절감한 매도자·매수자·투자자(참여자) 중심의 플랫폼이다.

MAP개발을 통해 기관투자자들만 참여할 수 있었던 M&A 영역이 전세계 일반 투자자에게 확대될 수 있는 게 특징이다.
지비시코리아는 MAP은 M&A 프로젝트 제안, 거래 참여, 기업정보 조회, 보유자산관리, 프로젝트 전환, 보유자산 유동화 등 모든 M&A 거래 절차가 한 플랫폼 내에서 이뤄지도록 했다. MAP 내에서 특정기업 M&A 거래 참여가 시작되면 개인 소액투자자들도 특정 기간 동안 암호화폐 UCX를 구입해서 참여하고 싶은 여러 M&A 중 하나를 선택하는 게 가능하다.

MAP에는 인공지능(AI) 기술도 적용 됐다. AI 기술이 투자규모와 투자수익성을 예상하고 자신에게 맞는 프로젝트를 선택할 수 있는 등 M&A 참여에 도움을 준다. MY 자산현황에서는 입출금 현황, 보유자산 현황 등을 확인해가며 자산관리가 가능하다.

플랫폼 내에 자체 거래소를 둬 자산 유동화와 프로젝트 전환을 자유롭게 했다. 참여자들은 특정 M&A에 참여한 후 일정기간이 지나면 거래소에서 언제든지 참여 중인 프로젝트를 매도해 자금을 회수할 수 있다.

지비시코리아는 MAP 출시로 일반인의 소액참여가 가능해졌고, 여러 중재자 없이도 적은 비용으로 신속하게 M&A거래가 성사될 수 있다고 강조하고 있다. 기존 M&A는 여러 중개인이 필요하고, 대규모 투자금액, 전문 지식, 폐쇄적인 정보 등으로 인해 일반 투자자들 접근이 불가능한 영역이었다. 지비시코리아는 향후 일본과 유럽 등 전세계 투자자들이 MAP 플랫폼을 통해 M&A 거래에 참여할 수 있도록 할 계획이다.

이경헌 지비시코리아 대표는 "MAP 베타버전 시험기간을 거쳐 이달 중 정식 플랫폼이 가동되면 M&A거래 참여부터 청산까지 일련의 과정이 플랫폼내에서 구현된다”며 “블록체인과 AI 기술을 통해 기관투자자만 참여할 수 있었던 M&A 영역을 일반 투자자에게도 확대하기 위해 이번 플랫폼을 개발했다”고 말했다.

According to M&A industries on the 7th, GiBishikoria recently completed development of blockchain technology-based M&A platform called 'MAP' and is planning to introduce beta service.
MAP is a service that allows ordinary people with no expertise to participate in M&A deals for promising companies around the world, including South Korea, to easily participate in small numbers. This platform is centered on sellers, buyers, and investors who have saved money and time that are used for securities and investment banks (formerly brokerage institutions) that are going to be used



The M&A sector, which was only allowed to participate by institutional investors through MAP development, can be expanded to general investors around the world.
Givischoria will ensure that all M&A transaction procedures, including M&A project proposals, participation in transactions, corporate information queries, holding asset management, project conversion and floating of assets, take place within one platform. When participation in M&A transactions of certain companies begins within MAP, it is possible for individual small investors to purchase UCXs for a certain period of time and choose one of many M&As they want to participate in.



AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is also applied to MAP. AI technologies help people participate in M&As by allowing them to choose projects that are appropriate for them in anticipation of size of investments and profitability from investments. In the current status of MY assets, asset management is possible by checking the status of deposit and withdrawal and the status of assets held.



It has its own bourse within the platform to free up asset liquidity and project conversion. Participants can sell the projects they are participating in at any time on the exchange after a certain period of time after participating in a specific M&A.



Givishikoria emphasizes that the launch of MAP has enabled ordinary people to participate in small-scale projects, and that M&A deals can be done quickly at a small cost without many arbitrators. The existing M&A required a number of intermediaries, and it was an area where ordinary investors were inaccessible due to the large amount of investment, expertise and closed information. Ghibishikoria plans to allow investors from around the world, including Japan and Europe, to participate in M&A deals through the MAP platform in the future.



"When a formal platform is operated this month after a trial period for the MAP beta version, a series of processes from participating in M&A transactions to liquidation will be implemented within the platform." said CEO Lee Kyung-hun of Givishikoria.
