유아이패스가 네덜란드에 본사를 둔 프로세스 마이닝 업체 프로세스 골드와 프로세스 다큐멘테이션 소프트웨어 글로벌 공급업체 스텝샷을 인수했다고 22일 밝혔다. 

유아이패스는 로보틱프로세스자동화(RPA) 분야의 글로벌 1위 기업으로 기업가치는 8조원 이상으로 평가 받고 있는 기업이다.

유아이패스는 인수된 프로세스골드와 스텝샷을 통합해 '유아이패스 익스플로러' 제품군을 출시했다. 유아이패스 익스플로러는 자동화 이전 단계에서 업무 프로세스 인지와 분석을 돕는다.

과학적이고 시각적 분석 툴을 제공해 조직 프론트 라인과 백엔드 작업 자동화 프로세스를 쉽게 식별해 문서화하는 식이다.
프로세스 다큐멘테이션 기능은 자동화하고자 하는 업무 프로세스를 쉽고 빠르게 문서화하는 기능이다.
프로세스 골드가 제공하는 마이닝 기능은 업무 프로세스를 분석, 모니터링해 인사이트를 제공한다. 해당 업무를 가장 빠르고 효율적으로 하는 최적 프로세스를 시각화해 보여준다.

전세계적으로 딜로이트, KPMG, EY, 포르쉐, KPN, 하이네켄, 필립스, 인피니언(Infineon), 베바스토(Webasto) 및 아혼(Aegon)과 같은 고객사 및 파트너사들이 프로세스골드의 플랫폼을 사용하고 있다.

현재 프로세스 마이닝 기능은 유아이패스의 오케스트레이터(Orchestrator) 및 로봇 로그에 시범 도입되고 있으며, 향후에는 전체 RPA 플랫폼에 통합돼 제공될 예정이다. 고객들은 프론트 엔드의 세밀한 사용자 행동에서부터 백엔드의 더 높은 수준의 트랜잭션 단계까지 구조화할 수 있게 된다.

U-I Pass announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a Dutch-based process mining company called Process Gold and a global supplier of process segmentation software.


Yui Pass is the world's No. 1 company in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and is valued at more than $8 billion (8 trillion KRW).



U-I-Pass launched the "U-Pass Explorer" product line by integrating acquired process gold and step-shot. The I-pass Explorer helps to recognize and analyze business processes during the pre-automation phase.


It provides scientific and visual analysis tools to easily identify and document organizational front lines and back-end task automation processes.
The process segmentation function is a function that documents the work process that you want to automate easily and quickly.
The mining function provided by Process Gold analyzes and monitors business processes to provide Insight. Visualizes and shows the best processes for doing the job most quickly and efficiently.



Globally, customers and partners such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Porsche, KPN, Heineken, Philips, Infineon, Webasto and Aegon use the platform of Process Gold.



Currently, process mining functions are being introduced on a trial basis in the orchestrator and robot logs of Yooi Pass, and will be integrated and offered on the entire RPA platform in the future. Customers will be able to structure the front end's granular user behavior to a higher level of transactional phase at the back end.



Daniel Dines, co-founder and CEO of U-Ipass, said the acquisition of process gold and step-shot is a major turning point for the I-Pass.
