클라우드 매니지드 전문기업 디딤365가 SK그룹의 ‘Cloud Z(IBM Cloud)’ 매니지드 파트너사인 지벤파크를 인수합병(M&A)한다고 14일 밝혔다.

디딤364에 따르면 양사는 지난 12일 서울 금천구 가산동 디딤365 본사에서 디딤365-지벤파크 간의 M&A에 대한 공동 합의 계약을 체결했다.

디딤365는 지벤파크 인수합병을 통해 SK클라우드 전문인력을 확보, 멀티클라우드 확대 전략을 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
다딤365는 AWS 컨설팅/공공부문 파트너로 전문 지원 부서를 구축해 인프라 운영 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하고 있으며, 지난 5월부터 4차산업 핵심 분야인 스마트콘텐츠 서비스의 안정적 지원을 위한 NIPA ‘2019 스마트콘텐츠 글로벌 서비스 인프라 지원 용역 사업’을 AWS로 진행중이다.

특히 KT 클라우드 국내 1위 플래티넘 파트너로서 최적의 클라우드 운영 노하우와 IT 거버넌스를 적용한 최적의 멀티클라우드 서비스 기술력을 갖고 있다. 현재 AWS, Azure, SK(IBM) 등 멀티클라우드에도 적용되고 있으며 파트너와 고객들의 지속적인 매출향상과 비용절감을 돕고 있다.

자체 개발한 인프라 통합 관리 서비스 ‘디딤센터’와 클라우드 포털 서비스 ‘디딤포털’을 통해 클라우드와 CDN환경에 최적화한 인프라 통합 관리와 비용 절감, 회원 및 예산 관리 업무 효율을 최대화할 수 있다. 더불어 독자 솔루션과 서비스를 갖고 있는 파트너를 위한 플랫폼인 ‘디딤클라우드비즈’를 통해 클라우드에서 SaaS 등의 서비스로 제공할 수 있는 비즈니스 기회를 만드는 것도 가능하다.

M&A업계 한 관계자는 "국내 산업 전반에 걸쳐 클라우드 서비스에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다"며 "멀티클라우드 서비스 경쟁력은 신성장동력 마련차원에서 상당한 효과를 발휘할 것으로 보인다"고 말했다.

Dim365 is planning to secure SK Cloud experts through acquisition and acquisition of Given Park and strengthen its strategy of expanding multi-cloud.
Dim365 is a consulting/public sector partner of AWS and has been providing infrastructure operation services stably since May, and has been carrying out NIPA "2019 Smart Content Global Service Infrastructure Support Project" to provide stable support for smart content services, a key area in the fourth industry, through AWS.


In particular, as KT Cloud's No. 1 Platinum Partner in South Korea, it has optimal cloud operation know-how and optimal multi-cloud service technology with IT governance. It is currently also applied to multi-clouds such as AWS, Azure and SK, and is helping partners and customers continue to improve sales and cut costs.



Through its self-developed infrastructure integration management service "Dim Center" and cloud portal service "Dimpoal," it can maximize infrastructure integration management and cost savings optimized for cloud and CDN environments, as well as member and budget management work efficiency. In addition, it is possible to create business opportunities to offer services such as SaaS in the cloud through "Dim Cloud Biz," a platform for partners who have their own solutions and services.
