로지스팟이 물류회사 티피엠로지스를 인수를 위한 계약을 체결했다고 27일 밝혔다. 인수는 로지스팟이 운송관리서비스를 바탕으로 종합 물류 분야로 사업영역을 확대하기 위한 일환에서 진행됐다.

로지스팟은 기업에게 다양한 화물 운송 방법을 통합 관리하는 디지털 운송 플랫폼과 최적화된 화물 운송 방안을 제공하면서 현재 500개 이상의 고객사를 확보하고 있는 곳이다. 2015년 운송회사인 ‘국제로지스’ 인수를 시작으로 2019년에는 20년 업력의 종합운송사인 ‘성현티엘에스’와 국내 최대 B2B 퀵서비스 기업 중 하나인 ‘신한국로지스텍’을 인수하면서 사업 역량 강화와 동시에 사업 영역을 넓히고 있다.

티피엠로지스는 2010년 설립 이후 전국 10여개 지점과 물류센터를 운영하는 종합 물류 기업으로 수출화물 집하, 내륙운송, 컨테이너 적출입, 수입화물 보관, 배송 업무 등 항공·항만에서 이뤄지는 모든 수출입 관련 물류 업무를 수행하고 있다. 전국 네트워크를 기반으로 국내 내륙 운송 서비스 등도 제공한다.

로지스팟은 티피엠로지스 인수를 통해 해운·항공 수출입 물류부터 내륙 운송을 통한 기업 간 물류서비스까지 과정을 디지털화하고 최적화 할 수 있게 됐다. 이를 기반으로 연 매출 650억원, 고객 수 700개 규모의 국내 1위 디지털 통합 물류 기업으로 발돋움한다는 계획이다.

박재용 로지스팟 대표는 "티피엠로지스 인수를 통해 로지스팟 플랫폼에서 제공하는 물류서비스 영역을 확장해 고객의 물류 통합관리 니즈를 더욱 충족시킬 수 있게 됐다"며 "디지털화가 더딘 국내 물류 시장에서 각 사업영역과 주체별로 디지털 전환을 실현하는 모습을 적극적으로 보여주고 이를 경험할 수 있게 하면서 국내 물류 시장이 개선될 수 있도록 노력할 것"이라고 말했다.

[M&A] LOGISPOT, take over 'Tpmlogis'...Goal of Delivering Integrated Logistics Services

Logispot announced on the 27th that it has signed a contract to acquire logistics company TPMlogis. The acquisition was carried out as part of Logispot's expansion into the comprehensive logistics sector based on transportation management services.

Logispot is where it currently has more than 500 customers, providing companies with a digital transportation platform that integrates and manages various freight transport methods and an optimized freight transport plan. Starting with the acquisition of the transportation company "Gukjerojis" in 2015, the company is expanding its business scope while strengthening its business capabilities by acquiring "Seonghyun Tiels," a comprehensive transportation company with 20 years of experience, and "New Korea Logistics Tech," one of the nation's largest B2B quick-service companies, in 2019.

Since its establishment in 2010, TPMlogis is a comprehensive logistics company that operates about 10 branches and logistics centers across the country, and has carried out all import and export-related logistics tasks in aviation and ports, including collection of export cargo, inland transportation, container loading and unloading, import cargo, and delivery of imported cargo. It will also provide inland transportation services in Korea based on national networks.

Through the acquisition of Tpmlogis, Logispot will be able to digitize and optimize the process from shipping and aviation import and export logistics to inter-company logistics services through inland transportation. Based on this plan, it is planning to become Korea's No. 1 digital integrated logistics company with annual sales of 65 billion won and 700 customers.

"By acquiring TPMlogis, we will be able to further meet customers' integrated logistics management needs by expanding the logistics service area provided by the Logis platform," said Park Jae-yong, CEO of Logispot. "We will make efforts to improve the domestic logistics market while actively showing and experiencing digital transformation for each business area and entity in the domestic logistics market where digitalization is slow."
