그린랩스가 마트팜 설계·견적의 기술 역량을 강화하기 위해 원스톱 농장 설계·견적 자동화 플랫폼 브이하우스를 운영하는 러닌을 인수했다.

그린랩스는 18일 러닌을 인수, 자회사로 편입했다고 밝혔다. 러닌은 농장 설계를 자동화 기술로 제공하는 플랫폼 '브이하우스'를 운영하는 곳이다. 브이하우스는 국내 모든 농자재의 데이터베이스를 구축하고 시공 견적 자동화 알고리즘을 개발해 국내 유일의 농장 설계·견적의 표준화된 서비스를 제공중이다.

시공견적 자동화 알고리즘을 활용해 농장 설계·견적 표준화 서비스를 제공하며 국내 농자재를 데이터베이스로 활용한 점이 특징이다. 브이하우스는 하우스의 단동, 연동 등 기본구조, 파이프 굵기, 사용 목적에 따라 나뉜 30종의 기본 설계 타입을 제공한다.

기본 타입을 선택한 뒤 폭, 길이, 높이, 피복 종류, 개폐 유무 등 세부사항을 원하는 대로 변경할 수 있다.
그린랩스는 데이터농업 스타트업으로 농작물 생산부터 유통, 판로개척까지 농가에 원스톱 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 인공지능 등 기술을 좁목해 농작물 생산관리를 원활하게 할 수 있도록 지원한다.

그린랩스는 브이하우스가 주력해온 비닐하우스 설계·견적은 물론 첨단 스마트농업을 위한 스마트팜, 유리온실, 식물공장 등으로 영역을 확대하고 R&D를 통한 팜모닝-브이하우스 솔루션 최적화에 나설 방침이다. 특히 서비스 영역 다변화를 통해 B2B는 물론 B2C 플랫폼으로 성장을 도모할 계획이다.

농민 접점에서 스마트팜 신축과 유지 보수 등 표준화된 설계·견적의 전문성과 지역 및 기술별 최적의 시공사 연결로 서비스 혜택을 강화할 예정이다.

[M&A] Green Labs Acquires 'RUNEAN'Expecting Synergy with Farm Design Automation Platform

Green Labs acquired RUNEAN, which operates one-stop farm design and estimation automation platform Vhows, to strengthen its technology capabilities for designing and estimating mart farms.



Green Labs announced on the 18th that it acquired RUNEAN and incorporated it as a subsidiary. RUNEAN is the site of Vhows, a platform that provides farm design with automation technology. Vhows has established a database of all agricultural materials in Korea and has developed an algorithm to automate construction estimates, providing standardized services for designing and estimating farms in Korea.


It provides farm design and estimate standardization services using the construction estimate automation algorithm and features the use of domestic agricultural materials as a database. Vhows provides 30 basic design types that are divided according to the basic structure, pipe thickness, and purpose of use, such as unit movements and interlocking of the house.



After selecting the basic type, details such as width, length, height, cladding type, opening and closing can be changed as desired.
Green Labs is a data agricultural startup that provides one-stop services to farmers from crop production to distribution and market development. It supports smooth production and management of crops by narrowing technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence.



Green Labs plans to expand its area to smart farms, glass greenhouses, and plant factories for high-tech smart farming as well as design and estimation of vinyl houses that Vhows has focused on and optimize Palm Morning-Vhows solutions through R&D. In particular, it is planning to seek growth with B2B as well as B2C platforms by diversifying service areas.



At the farmers' point of contact, the company will strengthen its service benefits through the expertise of standardized design and estimation, such as smart farm construction and maintenance, and the optimal connection of construction projects by region and technology.
