한국거래소가 올해 'KRX M&A중개망'에 신규 참여할 9사를 선정했다. 9사 선정을 통해 중개망 참여 업체는 기존 40개사에서 49개사로 늘어났다.

1일 M&A업계에 따르면 한국거래소는 지난달 27일 전문기관의 성격 및 역할 등에 따라 중개기관, 투자기관 및 협력기관으로 구분해 역량 평가 후 선정했다. 신규기관은 회계법인, M&A자문사, PE, 법무법인, 크로스보더 국내외 기관, 협회 등 다양한 업권에서 선정됐다.

한국거래소는 측은 "전문기관의 성격 및 역할 등에 따라 중개기관, 투자기관 및 협력기관으로 구분해 역량 평가 후 선발했다"며 "회계법인, M&A자문사, 사모펀드(PE), 법무법인, 크로스보더 국내외 기관, 협회 등 다양한 업종에서 뽑았다"고 밝혔다.

업체별로 보면 성도이현회계법인·제타플랜인베스트 중개기관 2곳, 유진자산운용·PS얼라이언스 투자기관 2곳, 법무법인 린·한국소재부품투자기관협의회·Morgen Evan·NEXUS·한국벤처캐피탈협회 등 협력기관 5곳이다.
선정된 업체는 KRX M&A 중개망에 참여해 M&A 물건등록, 거래탐색 등 중개업무 외 투자, 회원컨설팅 등 다양한 지원 업무를 수행한다.

한국거래소 측은 "중소·벤처기업 M&A에 특화된 중개기관과 크로스보더(Cross-border·타국 기업과의 거래) M&A 전문기관의 신규 참여로 M&A 물건 등록 및 중개망이 더욱 활성화되고 크로스보더 M&A 중개망 구축 시 안정적인 해외 물건 확보도 가능할 것으로 기대하고 있다"고 밝혔다.

The Korea Exchange has selected nine new companies to participate in this year's "KRX M&A Middle-A Network." With the selection of nine companies, the number of companies participating in the brokerage network increased from 40 to 49.



According to the M&A industry on the 1st, the Korea Exchange was selected on the 27th after evaluating its capabilities by dividing it into brokerage, investment and cooperative institutions according to the nature and role of specialized institutions. The new institutions were selected from various industries, including accounting firms, M&A consultants, PE, law firms, cross-boarders, domestic and foreign institutions and associations.



"Based on the nature and role of professional institutions, we selected them after evaluating their capabilities," the Korea Exchange said. "We selected them from various industries such as accounting firms, M&A consultants, private equity funds, law firms, cross-boarders, domestic and international institutions and associations."



According to each company, there are five partner institutions, including Sungdo Yi-hyun Accounting Corp., Zeta Plan Invest Brokerage Institution, Eugene Asset Management, PS Alliance Investment Institutions, and Lynn, Korean Materials and Parts Investment Institutions Council, Morgan Evan, NEXUS, and Korea Venture Capital Association.
The selected companies will participate in the KRX M&A brokerage network to carry out various support tasks such as registering M&A items, investing outside brokerage services such as trading exploration and membership consulting.



"With the participation of small and medium-sized venture M&A specialized in M&A and cross-boarding (trade with other companies) M&A, we expect that M&A's goods registration and brokerage network will be further activated and stable overseas goods will be secured when establishing cross-board M&A brokerage network," said the Korea Exchange.
