한국M&A거래소(KMX)는 자회사 홈넛을 통해 재능아지트를 인수했다. 재능아지트는 디자인, 마케팅, 문서, 창업, 번역 등 다양한 분야의 전문가와 이를 필요로 하는 수요자를 연결해주는 전문 온라인 사이트다. 한국M&A거래소는 재능아지트 M&A를 통해 홈넛과 시너지 효과를 극대화 한다는 방침이다.

재능아지트는 업계 최초로 ‘재능등록 대행 서비스’, ‘판매 수수료 차등 적용’, ‘웹진 컨텐츠(피플 아지트)’를 선보이며 시장에 돌풍을 일으키고 있는 벤처기업이다. 연평균 15% 이상 성장하며 시장에 안착했다는 평가를 받아 왔다.
한국M&A거래소는 M&A를 통해 판매 수수료와 광고 모델로 국한됐던 재능아지트의 수익모델 구조에서 에스앤에스모바일이 운영하는 홈넛 서비스와의 협업을 통해 소상공인, 개인, 중견/중소, 스타트업 기업들에게 재능거래 플랫폼을 연계시킬 방침이다.
재능아지트는 매출의 극대화를 추진하고 홈넛 서비스를 통해 고객 유입을 확대하겠다는 것이다.
무료 어플 만들기 원천 특허 기술을 보유한 홈넛의 20만 회원에게 재능아지트 플렛폼을 통해 디자인, 마케팅, 번역 등의 각 분야의 전문가를 실시간으로 연결시켜 주며 KMX를 통한 세무, 회계, 법률 등의 독립 전문관까지 독보적으로 서비스를 제공하는 식이다.
에스앤에스모바일 공동대표인 신호진·박상준 대표는 "각사의 핵심 자원을 결합해 공급자와 수요자간의 혁신을 이끌어 내는 것이 주요 목표"라며 "홈넛의 무료 앱만들기를 통해 확보된 20만 데이터와 안정적인 재능거래 플랫폼과의 시너지가 가능하다"고 말했다.
에스앤에스모바일의 모회사인 한국M&A거래소의 이창헌 회장은 “이번 합병을 통해 판매 수수료와 광고 모델로 국한됐던 재능아지트의 수익모델 구조가 크게 확장될수 있게 됐다”며 “홈넛 서비스와의 협업을 통해 소상공인, 개인, 중견·중소, 스타트업 기업들에게 재능거래 플랫폼을 연계, 매출의 극대화를 추진하고 홈넛 서비스 또한 재능아지트를 통해 보다 폭넓은 고객 유입 경로를 확보하게 됐다”고 말했다.

Korea M&A Exchange (KMX) acquired Talent Arch through its subsidiary, Home Nut. Talent Age is a specialized online site that connects experts in various fields, including design, marketing, documents, start-ups and translations, with those who need it. The Korea M&A Exchange is planning to maximize synergy with Home Nut through Talent Aggregate M&A.
According to the M&A industry on Wednesday, the Korea M&A Exchange announced that it had acquired Talent Materials on Tuesday. Talentajit becomes a subsidiary of KMX through the merger with Homeplus.
Talented apartments are the first venture companies in the industry to make a splash in the market by introducing 'talented registration agency service', 'sales fee differential' and 'webzin contents (People Azit). It has been evaluated as having settled in the market by growing more than 15 percent annually.
The Korea M&A Exchange plans to link its talent trading platform to small business owners, individuals, mid-sized/medium-sized companies and start-up companies through collaboration with the home-nut service operated by S&S Mobile in the profit model structure of talent apartments that were limited to sales fees and advertising models through M&A.
Talented apartments are aimed at maximizing sales and expanding the inflow of customers through the home-nut services.
It connects experts in various fields such as design, marketing and translation through a talent-architecture platform to 200,000 members who possess patent technology for making free apps, and provides unique services to independent professionals such as tax, accounting and law through KMX.
"The main goal is to bring innovation between suppliers and consumers by combining each company's core resources," said CEO Shin Ho-jin and Park Sang-joon, who are co-CEOs of S&S Mobile.
"The merger will greatly expand the profit model structure of talent apartments, which were limited to sales fees and advertising models," said Lee Chang-hun, chairman of the Korea M&A Exchange, the parent company of S&S Mobile. "We will work with the Home Nut Service to maximize sales by linking talent trading platforms to small, individual, medium and small businesses and start-up companies and secure wider customer channels through talent art."
